• Around 450 babies, children and adults drown in the UK each year – one every 20 hours.
• Over 500 babies, children and adults die unnecessarily each year from choking
• Heart attacks are the single largest cause of early deaths in the UK.
• 150,000 people die each year – one every 3 minutes

 

RLSS UK, The Royal Life Saving Society UK aims to teach everyone basic skills that could help save a life, should the occasion arise – to become a lifesaver rather than a bystander.
